WELCOME TO RESURRECTION LUTHERAN! We welcome all who worship with us. Sunday school starts the morning at 9:00am with worship at 10:00 AM.  Coffee fellowship follows the service so please come and join us.  Watch the bulletin and narthex communications board for information, meetings and events.

WE CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!  What’s important to you is important to us.  Requests are handled with the utmost sincerity and respect.   A Sunday morning prayer sheet is on the sign up counter. The Prayer and care committee meets each Wednesday morning for prayer at 9:00 AM.  Bert can be reached at 522-6767 or at bert.kirkpatrick2013@gmail.com. Or call the church office at 522-1091.

EASTER EGG HUNT TODAY! In lieu of Sunday School for Easter Sunday, there will be an Easter Egg Hunt for the kids.

KIDS TREAT TABLE All children are invited to come receive a treat in the Fellowship Hall this morning for Easter.  A big thank you goes out to those who worked hard on making the goodies for the kids!!

OUR LENTEN TREE ELCA’s Good Gifts Program is off to a great start!  So far we have collected $2,000.  There are more tags on the tree to choose.

EASTER FLOWER DONATIONS Please remember to pay for the flowers you have ordered in memory of a loved one.

SANDWICH SATURDAY Apr 28nd We will meet at 9:30am in the fellowship hall to make sandwiches to feed the hungry.

SCRAPBOOKING & WELCOME COMMITTEE are penciled in to meet Apr 28th at 10:30am due to Sandwich Saturday.

YMT PLANT SALE The plants will be available for pickup on Sunday Apr 29th.

ALTAR GUILD SELLING KNIVES – An order form and catalog are available on the narthex communication shelf. See a member if you have any additional questions.

SUMMER CAMP- SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE –Today is the final deadline for the lower price- early bird deduction of $50 per child for enrollments and $20 per child, if there is more than one child from a family.  Fees for 2018 are $355 for the full 5-day sessions and $200 for the 3-day.  WELCA will again offer scholarships of $200 toward the $355 and $100 toward the $200 fees.  If you have questions, please, see Evelyn Clark. Remember, enrolling before April 1st will save you $50 per child.

MYSTERY DINNER THEATER- APR 14th 6pm. National Youth Gathering Fundraiser.  Mark your calendar for “Moolah Mystery Dinner.” $10 each/ $5 for kids 10 & under.  Contact Loretta for tickets.

FREE ORGAN CONCERT & HYMN SING hosted by Bethany College on Sunday April 15, 2018, at 4:00 p.m. in Presser Hall.  This event will feature Luther's contribution to the music of the church with visiting professor Hentus van Rooyen and Bethany graduate Tyler Brenenman.

WELCA CLUSTER MEETING- Apr 21st at 9:00 am here at Resurrection Lutheran Church.  Registration is only $1.00 and lunch is $4.00. Guest speaker will be Nancy Maier, Community Relations Mgr of Mosaic in Winfield.  She will be speaking at 9:30am after the opening.  RSVP to Loretta Holmes 260-0965.

ALTAR GUILD FUNDRAISER – Back by popular demand.  Purchase a $30 Tillies monthly flower card and you can pick up fresh flowers at no cost every month for a year.  See Karen Vogt or Lydia Evans.

YMT OVERNIGHTER – APR 20th at SLEEP INN For 3rd thru 5th graders. Mark your calendars. More info to come.
