WELCOME TO RESURRECTION LUTHERAN CHURCH! Sunday school starts the morning at 9:00am with worship at 10:00 AM. If you have been visiting and worshipping with us here at Resurrection and are interested in becoming a part of our faith community, please speak with the pastor. Coffee fellowship follows the service so please come and join us.
THRIVENT FINANCIAL’S CHOICE PROGRAM For 2018, Thrivent Financial members have directed $670 Choice Dollars to Resurrection Lutheran Church. Any remaining Choice Dollars for 2018 can be directed before they expire at the end of March. In Sedgwick County $33,991 Choice Dollars were directed to 43 churches and charities from Thrivent members in 2018. 8th ANNUAL
CHILI COOK-OFF – Sat. JAN 26th at 5:30PM. Enter your
masterpiece, just fill out the entry form (located on narthex shelf) and drop
in the offering plate or in the kettle on the sign up shelf.
If chili is not your
speciality and desserts are, then fill out the entry form and mark dessert.
Tickets are $5.00 ($2 for age 6 and under) Ticket purchase will provide each
person a taste of all the scrumptious chili entries, their vote and a bowl of
their favorite chili (with all the fixin’s). Desserts will be auctioned to
highest bidder.
PARTNERS
FOR WICHITA TRIVIA NIGHT FEB 16th - held at First Presbyterian Church,
525 N. Broadway. Doors will open at 6:15 pm and trivia will begin at 7:00 pm. The
cost is $120 for a team of eight people registered in advance. Otherwise, the
cost is $20 per individual, in advance or at the door. The price of admission
includes a fun-filled night of trivia and games, soda, water, and snacks. Feel
free to bring your own snacks, but please, no alcohol.

TOMAH SHINGA REGISTRATION OPEN! Tomah Shinga is excited to see all of our old friends as well as make some new ones this summer at Camp Tomah Shinga. We have programs for youth of all ages. If you register before April 1st, you will receive $50 off of your camper's registration fee. http://tomahshinga.com/summercamp. A list of summer camps are on the bulletin board and online.

CONFIRMATION DINNERS – We had a great response for providing dinner for confirmation class at 5:30pm on Sunday nights. The sign-up sheet for 2019 is on the narthex shelf. Consider helping if you can. A few spots remain open. Thank you for providing a meal, it is very appreciated!.
