NEW SHED LOOKS GREAT! If you haven’t seen it yet, the new sturdy church shed is here. Thanks to Property Committee and those who helped tear down the old one and prepare the area for the new one. We are blessed!
NEW AC UNITS! Due to hail storm insurance, sometimes good things happen. We are blessed again!
USED GLASSES - We are collecting eyeglasses for LIONS INTERNATIONAL and will take them to the WELCA convention in August.
GOOD WISHES FOR OUR KIDS ATTENDING SUMMER CAMP! May our campers be safe and have a great time this summer at Camp Tomah Shinga.
SUMMER LUNCH WITH THE PASTOR –Sign up in the Narthex Hall to go have lunch with the pastor on the last Wed of the month- July 31st at 12:30, we will meet you at Hog Wild Restaurant at 47th & Broadway.
GAME NIGHT!
–Flashback to the ’80s &‘90s? Join us for a night of gaming at “The
Arcade” Tues night July 30th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.
We have The Arcade reserved with all arcade games and pinball machines on free
play, just show up and play! We need a count for pizza and water, please
sign-up on the shelf in the hall leading to the fellowship hall. Donations to
cover the pizza and water are welcome, any extra money will go to the church

PLAYGROUND COMMITTEE - We are looking at making changes on our playground. If you would like to help make decisions see our new chairman - Chris Knaak.
WOMEN OF THE ELCA
CONVENTION AUGUST 16th – 18th
The
theme of this year’s Central States Synod Women of the ELCA Convention is “You
are Wonderfully Made” The convention will be at the Holiday Inn East on Kellogg
and Rock Rd. If you plan to attend, we ask that you bring a much needed item
for MOSAIC – A Faith based organization who helps people with intellectual
disabilities. Items include: paper products, cleaning supplies, Clorox wipes,
windex, Lysol…also much needed personal hygiene items.
WE CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY! What’s important to you is important to us. Requests are handled with the utmost sincerity and respect. A Sunday morning prayer sheet is on the sign up counter.
