FALL IS HERE AT RESURRECTION LUTHERAN! We welcome all who worship with us. Sunday school starts the morning at 9:00am with worship at 10:00 AM. Coffee fellowship follows the service so please come and join us. Watch the bulletin and narthex communications board for information, meetings and events.
SCRAPBOOK PARTY NOV 9th 10AM-NOON one After helping with church clean up, you are welcome to help with scrapbooking for our church photos and clips. We like to keep a scrapbook of our activities.
VETERANS RECOGNITION – This Sunday Nov 10th, we recognize our veterans during service. Veteran's Day is Monday Nov 11th. Thank them for their service.
BIEROK TIME! – WE STILL
HAVE SOME FOR SALE. This is one of the Youth’s annual fundraisers which helps pay for
registration for their mission trips. Bieroks are $2.50 each. Get em
before they are gone!
FALL BAZAAR BASKETS – You are invited to come help put baskets together on this Sunday afternoon at 2pm until the weekend before the event Nov. 10th. Mark your calendars the WELCA FALL BAZAAR is Nov. 15-16th. Start getting your crafts and items ready for this fun event!
SIGN UP TO SERVE ON SUNDAY MORNINGS Please check your calendars and see if you can help assist during worship on Sunday mornings. This is your chance to pick your dates and your serving partner. NOV 17th is the deadline before the committee assigns people to help. If you know of a month you definitely can't help, let Evelyn Clark know. Thank you for your stewardship! Sign up in the narthex.
CHILD PROTECTION POLICY MEETING – NOV 19TH AT 6:30PM AND DEC 8TH AFTER SERVICE. Under the direction of the Central States Synod office, council has been working to create and approve a Child Protection Policy. There will be two opportunities for you to attend a Policy Training and ask any questions you might have. Please sign up on the shelf so we have enough materials for those who attend.
ST PAULS BREAKFAST NOV 23rd. SIGN UP IF YOU’RE PLANNING TO HELP PLEASE.
WE ARE COLLECTING UNDERWEAR, SOCKS AND WHITE T-SHIRTS FOR THE HOMELESS. Box in the narthex. We will take them to St. Pauls on Nov 23rd.
Lutheran Campus Ministry at K-State
has a new home! You are invited to join us for an Open
House after worship on Sunday, November 17th! The
new Luther House, at 1810 Todd Road in Manhattan, will be open from 9:30
a.m. until 3:00 p.m. with refreshments and tours for all who would like to
see our new building. Limited parking is available in our parking lot on
the East side of the building. On-Campus parking is available on Sunday,
and some street parking may also be open. We hope you will join us as we
celebrate our 81st Anniversary, and our new facility!
