TIME! - For sale this Sunday Nov 15th! This is one of the Youth’s annual fundraisers which helps
pay for registration for their mission trips. Bierocks
are $2.50 each. Get your orders in! Contact Pam Porsch.

NOV 24TH THANKSGIVING COMMUNITY SERVICE - Live Streamed – no in-person service. Haysville Christian Church
is hosting at 7pm on YouTube. If you would like to make an offering to assist
the HMA in providing vouchers for perishable food items for those in need,

NOV 28TH ST PAULS BREAKFAST - SIGN UP IF YOU’RE
PLANNING TO HELP PLEASE. It is RLC’s
turn for St. Pauls Breakfast. Friday Nov 27th
7-8:30 pm we need help making breakfast burritos at RLC kitchen (need
some electric skillets) and Saturday Nov 28th be at St
Paul’s at 7am to assemble the bags then hand them out. Sign up Sheet in Narthex.
NOV 28TH PR. LARRY FRANK PMA, 90th BIRTHDAY

his 90th birthday from 1pm-3pm at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 1101 N. River

TEACHERS & ADMINISTRATORS APPRECIATION Donations of individually wrapped snacks needed.
Traditionally HMA has provided a lunch for the Principals of USD 261. This year
we plan to provide gift baskets to each school for the teachers and
administrators. Please bring your donations to the church by Nov. 29.
NOV 30th FUNDRAISER
INTENT FORMS DUE. All church organizations who
plan to have a fundraiser in 2020 need to submit an intent form by NOV 30th
so it will be reviewed by council. Copies available on
narthex hallway shelf.
DEC 1ST DEADLINE FOR CHRISTMAS POINSETTIAS!! – Time to start thinkin about Christmas
poinsettias so we can order by Dec. 1st. Same
price as last year…beautiful 5” pots for $14.00 ea.
DEC 6th CONGREGATIONAL MEETING- FOLLOWING THE SERVICE The purpose of the meeting is to approve the 2021 budget and elect
council members. Annual mtg packets will be
available next week to pick up.

Community Outreach. In the Narthex, take a
tag to give a gift. Your generosity will provide a happy Christmas for a
child in need. Attach tag to unwrapped gift. Deadline: Dec 6th.
NURSERY OPEN! Our nursery
attendant is now available during Sunday service. We are disinfecting with
vital oxide spray after use.
PARKING LOT LIGHTS need to be replaced.
Only 1 of the 5 are working. Approx
cost is $5,500 and we have $1,973.99. If you want to consider a donation,
