NOV 28TH ST PAULS BREAKFAST - SIGN UP IF YOU’RE PLANNING TO HELP PLEASE. It is RLC’s turn for St. Pauls Breakfast. Friday Nov 27th 7-8:30 pm we need help making breakfast burritos at RLC kitchen (need some electric skillets) and Saturday Nov 28th be at St Paul’s at 7am to assemble the bags then hand them out. TEACHERS & ADMINISTRATORS APPRECIATION Donations of individually wrapped snacks needed. Traditionally HMA has provided a lunch for the Principals of USD 261. This year we plan to provide gift baskets to each school for the teachers and administrators. Please bring your donations to the church by this Sunday Nov. 29.

MEETING- FOLLOWING THE SERVICE IN THE SANCTUARY The purpose of the meeting
is to approve the 2021 budget and elect council members. Congregational
Packet and biographies of the three people running for council is available on
the narthex shelf for you to take and review before the meeting. The annual meeting
will be available on ZOOM for those who want to attend virtually.

CHRISTMAS GIVING TREE- Haysville Community Outreach. In the Narthex, take a tag to give a gift. Your generosity will provide a happy Christmas for a child in need. Attach tag to unwrapped gift. Deadline: Dec 6th.
NATIVITY DISPLAY – DEC 13th A table will be set up in the narthex for those who would like to display a nativity set. Please feel welcome to set up your display throughout the week during office hours to avoid being to close to each other for COVID safety. It’s become a nice tradition to see nativity sets shared for everyone’s enjoyment.
NURSERY IS OPEN FOR CHILDREN FIVE & UNDER WHO HAVE NOT STARTED KINDERGARTEN Our nursery attendant is available during Sunday service. We are disinfecting with vital oxide spray after use.
PARKING LOT LIGHTS need to be replaced. Only 1 of the 5 are working. Approx cost is $5,500 and we have $1,973.99. If you want to consider a donation, please designate in your memo line of your check.

HAYSVILLE HUSTLE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION – Call 24 hrs ahead of time to schedule a ride for only $2.00 in the Haysville area from 8am-5pm. Tokens can be purchased at the Haysville Senior Center or City Hall. Cash, check or credit cards accepted. Brochure available on bulletin board with more details.
