WELCOME TO RESURRECTION
LUTHERAN CHURCH! Service is held on Sunday morning at 9:00am during the summer. We welcome all who
worship with us! Watch the bulletin and narthex communications board for
information, meetings and events. Council
continues to monitor the health recommendations and still offer in-person plus
virtual worship each week. For Sunday service search on Youtube.com,

COVID TEAM MASK UPDATE – STARTING MAY 30th Masks are required while you are in
movement in the church. Upon entering & exiting the church and while
singing, you are required to wear a mask. Once seated, you have the
option to remove your mask but it is highly encouraged that you wear them.

WELCA BOOK SALE EVERY SUNDAY IN MAY More books have arrived! Annual fund raiser for WELCA. Nothing is priced but you take what you want and make a contribution to WELCA. Envelopes for contributions are on the tables. Today is last day!
MEMORIAL BRICK ORDERS DUE
MAY 30th – TODAY IS LAST DAY! If you want a brick engraved for the
memory of a deceased loved one, please have a form completed by May 30th.
The cost is $30. Forms available on narthex shelf or contact a Property

MAY 31st
MEMORIAL DAY OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED. Let us turn to You, Lord,
in our grief and in our remembrance of the fallen. Guide us toward a harmonious
existence as we honor those who were willing to give up their lives that we may
gather here today freely. On this Memorial
Day, we pray for peace and for those who gave all.
DEADLINE: JUNE 13th SIGN UP FOR SERVING – Check your calendars to help serve on Sundays. List is in the narthex hall. Last day is JUNE 13th before families are assigned. Contact Loretta if you have questions. Coffee Fellowship sign ups start in September.
SUMMER LUNCH WITH THE
PASTOR – Third Wednesdays during the summer months, June 16th, July 21st, Aug 18th at
12:30pm. Sign up in the Narthex Hall to go have lunch with the
pastor. In June, lunch is at the “Slider Shak” 4628 S. Seneca St.
Wichita, KS. Come join us!!

ALTAR GUILD JUNE PROJECT FOR THE TREEHOUSE we will be collecting slightly used or new children’s clothing – baby to approx. age 8 kids sizes. Can drop off at the church. A box will be available for collection. The Treehouse guides & empowers new moms by providing positive female role models, education & spiritual support.
STAFF SUPPORT is in need of a couple more members. If you are interested, please let Pastor or a council member know.
LITTLE RED WAGON - Help us collect food to feed the hungry by bringing can or boxed food so we can help our community.
GOOD WISHES FOR OUR KIDS GOING TO SUMMER CAMP! May our campers be safe and have a great time this summer at Camp Tomah Shinga. A giant thanks to WELCA for offering scholarships for camp!
NURSERY IS OPEN FOR CHILDREN 5 & UNDER WHO HAVE NOT STARTED KINDERGARTEN Our nursery attendant is available if needed during Sunday service. We are disinfecting with vital oxide spray after use.
