WELCOME TO RESURRECTION LUTHERAN CHURCH! We
welcome all who worship with us! Service is held on Sunday morning at
9:00am during the summer. Watch the bulletin and narthex communications
board for information, meetings and events. Council continues to
monitor the health recommendations and still offer in-person plus virtual

ELW HYMNALS ARE BACK IN THE SANCTUARY. THEY ARE ON THE CHAIRS FOR YOUR
USE DURING SERVICE.
SEXTON POSITION - STAFF SUPPORT COMMITTEE is currently accepting bids for the sexton position at the church to start in September. If you are interested, a copy of the duties is available from Vicky in the office. Please submit your bid to Loretta Holmes by July 30, 2021.
COMMITTEE REPORTS – Council meets the 2nd Wed of the month. Their packets are printed for them to review the weekend prior. Please get your committee reports to the office no later than the Thursday (latest) before they meet. After the weekend, it isn’t in their agenda so it is too late for that month. Thank you.
NURSERY IS OPEN FOR CHILDREN 5 & UNDER WHO HAVE NOT STARTED KINDERGARTEN Our nursery attendant is available if needed during Sunday service. We are disinfecting with vital oxide spray after use.
SANDWICH SATURDAY AUG 28th. Plan to gather at the church at 9:00am to assemble 200 PB&J sack lunches for distribution downtown that afternoon. Please come help us make sandwiches in the morning for the hungry. We want to thank Pam Porsch for many years of leading in this ministry and we welcome Jen Knaak as our new coordinator & contact.
ST PAULS BREAKFAST is hosted by churches in the area to feed the hungry. We thank Ryan Marshal for stepping up to lead with this ministry once a year on the 4th Saturday of November.

THE 2022 ELCA YOUTH GATHERING will be held July 24-28, 2022, in Minneapolis, MN with the two pre-events, the Multicultural Youth Leadership Event (MYLE) and the table, scheduled for July 21-24, 2022. Every three years, 30,000 high school youth and their adult leaders from across the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America gather for the ELCA Youth Gathering. Through days spent in interactive learning, worship, Bible study, service and fellowship, young people grow in faith and are challenged and inspired to live their faith in their daily lives.
