WELCOME TO RESURRECTION LUTHERAN! He is risen Alleluia!- We welcome all who worship with us. Sunday school starts the morning at 9:00am with worship at 10:00 AM. Coffee fellowship follows the service so please come and join us. Watch the bulletin and narthex communications board for information, meetings and events.
WELCA ANNUAL BOOK & ART SALE DURING MONTH OF MAY- The Annual Book Sale has added Art items for sale during the month of May. We are accepting games, DVD’s, puzzles, and children’s books & games. Bring them to Fellowship Hall any time during church office business hours. Funds raised go toward WELCA projects such as the women’s conference, unbudgeted needs, summer camp and other designated charities.

REMINDER SUMMER SCHEDULE STARTS MAY 29th- Worship Service will start at 9:00am instead of 10am for the summer months. No Sunday school during the summer.
CAMP TOMAH SHINGA SUMMER CAMP- Women of the ELCA have graciously offered $200 for camp scholarships. If you have already paid your registration, please let Pam Porsch know to receive this gift. LET US KNOW WHEN YOU’RE GOING – On bulletin board.
SUPPORT FOR DERICK MARSHALL- We will be helping to sponsor Derick as a Camp Tomah Shinga counselor this summer. We will pray for him, send him care packages, and help to pay his salary. If you would like to contribute, please place “Counselor Support” in the memo line of your checks made out to RLC.
JULY 4th HAYSVILLE
PARADE- We are
looking for a couple of individuals that would like to head up our parade
entry. Let the office know if you’re interested!
VBS WILL
BE AT THE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH THIS SUMMER- In
collaboration with HUMC (601 E. Grand Ave, Haysville, KS) VBS will be offered JULY 25th-29th
from 9am – Noon. Call HUMC to register (316)524-4162.
COLLECTION FOR SAFEHOME- We are collecting backpacks, small stuffed animals, fleece blankets, small flashlights, tooth brushes, tooth paste & books for SAFEHOME – a nonprofit organization and domestic violence shelter. The In-Kind contributions are needed for infant-2 yrs old, 3-5 yrs and 10-13 yrs old. Thank you in advance for your generosity-Vicki Nunn.
YOUTH GATHERING 2022- Camp Tomah
Shinga is creating an amazing experience called “No Coast” Youth Gathering in
lieu of NYG for July 23rd
