ADVENT SEASON AT RESURRECTION LUTHERAN
We welcome all who worship with us!  Our Sunday mornings start with Sunday School for kids at 9:00AM.  At the same time, we offer an Adult forum in Fellowship Hall.   Coffee fellowship & refreshments follow our 10:00 Sunday Morning service.  Read your bulletin announcements, emails, Facebook page, Fellowship Hall communications board for information, meetings and events.

NO CONFIRMATION CLASS TODAY….ANNUAL MTG & CHRISTMAS DECORATING.

We ask that you place ELW HYMNAL BOOKS under chair in front of you.

DEC 7^th – ANNUAL CONGREGATION MEETING AFTER SERVICE. The purpose of the meeting is to approve the 2025 budget and elect council members.  Please take a packet - available on FH shelf for review.

DEADLINE TODAY! CHRISTMAS GIVING TREE- Haysville Community Outreach. In the Narthex, take a tag to give a gift.  Your generosity will provide a happy Christmas for a child in need. Attach tag to unwrapped gift. Deadline: Dec 7^th.

WELCA CHRISTMAS PARTY DEC 9^TH.  Jeanette is passing around a sign up so we know how many plan to attend.  Please let her know.

DERBY FELLOWSHIP GROUP - THURSDAYS AT DERBY LIBRARY 6:30PM
Pastor Andrew will lead a Bible study from 6:30-8pm.  Study will focus on the life of Jesus. You are welcome to bring a Bible for reference.

ADVENT SERVICE WEDNESDAY DEC 10^th  Pastor Andrew Beers is offering a Holden Prayer Service on Wednesdays of December.  Potluck will be at 6pm followed by Advent Service at 7pm.  Come join us as we spiritually prepare for the birth of Christ.

COUNCIL MEETING WILL FOLLOW THE ADVENT SERVICE – 7:30PM.

DEC 14th INSTALLATION OF REVEREND DOCTOR ANDREW BEERS
Bishop Donna Simon will be here on Dec 14^th for the installation and it will be during our service.  A meet & greet with the bishop will be at 9am instead of the scheduled Adult forum.

DEC 14^th NATIVITY DISPLAY IN THE NARTHEX– A table will be set up in the narthex for those who would like to display a nativity set.  Please feel welcome to set up your display throughout the week during office hours.  It’s become a nice tradition to see nativity sets shared for everyone’s enjoyment.

NO MORE BIBLE STUDIES ON SATURDAY.  RLC will focus on Advent Wednesdays.

FUNDRAISER INTENT FORMS have been handed out to committee chairmen.  Please fill those out and submit to the church office.

2026 SERVER LIST  If you want to sign up for particular dates, now is the time to do it.  A table is in the narthex with the sign-up sheets for 2026. Questions see Loretta Holmes.

THANK YOU FOR SERVING – If you need a substitute, you are responsible for finding someone and letting Loretta Holmes and the office know.  Please remember to wipe off kitchen counter after hosting fellowship. We appreciate you and thank you!

NO FOOD OR DRINKS IN SANCTUARY   Please do not bring food or drinks into the sanctuary - let's keep our new carpet looking new.

COFFEE FELLOWSHIP DATES HAVE BEEN UPDATED FOR THE YEAR- Take a look to see where & when you are serving and what month.  Please use the attached red pen to add any changes.  This helps with updating any old info or recent changes made to the schedule.
