ADVENT SEASON AT
RESURRECTION LUTHERAN
We
welcome all who worship with us! Our Sunday mornings start with Sunday
School for kids at 9:00AM. At the same time, we offer an Adult forum in
Fellowship Hall. Coffee fellowship & refreshments follow our 10:00
Sunday Morning service. Read your bulletin announcements, emails,
Facebook page, Fellowship Hall communications board for information, meetings
and events.
CONFIRMATION CLASS 11:30 with Pastor Andrew Beers
We ask that you place ELW HYMNAL BOOKS under chair in front of you.
HOMEBOUND COMMUNION VISITS-Pastor Andrew has started visiting our members who are at home or in the hospital so he can administer communion. Jeanette Westerhaus has volunteered to assist. The office has a list of names but if we missed someone, please double check with Pastor or Jeanette.
DERBY FELLOWSHIP GROUP -
THURSDAYS AT DERBY LIBRARY 6:30PM
Pastor
Andrew will lead a Bible study from 6:30-8pm. Study will focus on the
life of Jesus. You are welcome to bring a Bible for reference.
CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICES – DEC 24th at 6pm & 11pm. Each service differs from each other if you would like to attend both. Offering this year will go to the Haysville Food Pantry.
PRAYER GROUP WILL NOT MEET DURING THE CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS. We will see each other on Jan 7th at 9am. All are welcome to come pray for folks listed and for those in the world. Join us every Wednesday morning.
OFFICE CLOSED Christmas Day & New Years Day. Vicky will take vacation time on the day after Christmas Dec 26th and Mon Dec 29th.
