HAPPY NEW YEAR! WELCOME TO RESURRECTION LUTHERAN CHURCH! SUNDAY WORSHIP WITH HOLY COMMUNION AT 10:00AM! Our Sunday mornings start with Sunday School for kids at 9:00AM. At the same time, we offer an Adult Forum in Fellowship Hall with Pastor. Coffee fellowship & refreshments follow our 10:00 Sunday Morning service. Watch the bulletin and Fellowship Hall communications board for information, meetings and events. CONFIRMATION CLASS with Pastor Andrew is every Sunday at 11:30. COUNCIL MEMBERS ARE ASKED TO ATTEND SERVICE JAN 4TH FOR INSTALLATION. COUNCIL CALENDAR OF EVENTS: JAN 04: Installation of officers for 2026 JAN 13: Council Night Out 6:30 at Chicos JAN 24: Council Retreat at RLC THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO PURCHASED A BEAUTIFUL POINSETTIA FOR CHRISTMAS! OUR ALTAR LOOKS GLORIOUS FOR THE CHRISTMAS SEASON. Please make sure to take your poinsettia home on Jan 4th after service as they will be removed for Epiphany.
NATIVITY DISPLAY IN THE NARTHEX – Please pick up your Nativity Scenes. Thank you for sharing them with us! JAN 7TH FAITH-FUN-FELLOWSHIP WEDNESDAY NIGHT. Every 1st Wednesday of the month, RLC invites everyone to come enjoy a night together with food & games. We have a potluck sign-up on the shelf. Dinner is at 6pm. JAN 11th BAPTISM OF OUR LORD We invite members to bring a baptismal momento to display as we celebrate the Baptism of Our Lord Sunday.
MARK YOUR CALENDAR INCLEMENT WEATHER PLAN: Our current weather has been wonderful but in case of inclement weather, please check KSN, the RLC Facebook page and/or your email for updates on service or church activity/event cancellations. HOMEBOUND COMMUNION VISITS-Pastor Andrew has started visiting our members who are at home or in the hospital so he can administer communion. Jeanette Westerhaus has volunteered to assist. The office has a list of names but if we missed someone, please double check with Pastor or Jeanette. DERBY FELLOWSHIP GROUP -
THURSDAYS AT DERBY LIBRARY 6:30PM THANK YOU FOR SERVING – If you need a substitute, you are responsible for finding someone and letting Loretta Holmes and the office know. Please remember to wipe off kitchen counter after hosting fellowship. We appreciate you and thank you! NO FOOD OR DRINKS IN SANCTUARY Please do not bring food or drinks into the sanctuary - let's keep our new carpet looking new.
