WELCOME TO RESURRECTION LUTHERAN CHURCH!  SUNDAY WORSHIP WITH HOLY COMMUNION AT 10:00AM!
Our Sunday mornings start with Faith Forum at 9:00AM in Fellowship Hall for the summer.  Adults & kids are welcome!  Coffee fellowship & refreshments follow our 10:00 Sunday Morning service.  Watch the bulletin for information, meetings and events.  Reach Pastor Andrew’s cell for pastoral emergency (316)351-8766. TONIGHT - JUNE 14^th LUTHER 101 FIRST SESSION BEGINS!
LET PASTOR KNOW YOU PLAN TO ATTEND FOR PRINTED MATERIALS - RSVP please!

LUTHER 101 - This hour long class will start Sunday June 14^th from 6-7pm.
Everyone is welcome to attend and learn about the catechism.  This is a foundation class on The Catechism and Lutheran theology so all confirmation students are expected to participate if they want to be confirmed at RLC by Pastor Andrew.  Every Sunday except the first Sunday of the month.  June 14- Aug 16.

WEEKLY PRAYERS offered for a variety of professions.
This week we focus on Juneteenth.  June 19^th marks the day in 1865 when enslaved African Americans finally received word of their freedom.

BULLETINS & ANNOUNCEMENTS – Sunday readings are printed in your announcement-take home booklet. See your monthly serving list assignments on the bulletin board or Friday emails.

JUNE 15^th - BEER & THEOLOGY 6-8pm on the 3^rd Monday of month at The Depot.  Join the fun at The Depot in Wichita at 6-8pm for challenging theology.  Have a beer and bring your questions & curiosity!

JUNE 16^th - DERBY BIBLE STUDY DAY HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 1^st & 3^rd TUESDAY!
Starting Tuesday June 16th at 6:30-8pm, join us at the Derby Library for Bible Study with Pastor Andrew.  No longer doing Thursdays.

JUNE 17^th - WEDNESDAYS WE ARE WATCHING “THE CHOSEN”   - Sign up for potluck-
Starting with potluck at 6pm. Program starts at 6:30pm.  The series chronicles the life and ministry of Jesus, focusing on his interactions with people in 1^st century Galilee and Judea. Award winning production so come join us!  Invite a friend.  Prayer service follows.  The public is welcome so bring a friend or invite someone to come.

LUNCH WITH PASTOR is at noon on the first Tuesday of the month. Next one is July 7^th.  Stay tuned to announcements & your Friday email for the place.

HOMEBOUND COMMUNION VISITS-Pastor Andrew visits our members who are at home or in the hospital so he can administer communion administer communion.  Jeanette Westerhaus has volunteered to assist. The office has a list of names but if we missed someone, please double check with Pastor or Jeanette.

THANK YOU FOR SERVING – If you need a substitute, you are responsible for finding someone and letting Loretta Holmes and the office know.  Please remember to wipe off kitchen counter after hosting fellowship. We appreciate you and thank you!

SERVING LIST: Make sure to check your Friday emails or the bulletin board for your serving date.  They will no longer be posted in the paper bulletins. A link is always available at the top of this email for full year list of serving duties.  We still have empty spots to fill in the summer.  The list to write in your name is on the shelf.  Just write in red so we know it is an new addition.

NO FOOD OR DRINKS IN SANCTUARY  Please do not bring food or drinks into the sanctuary - let's keep our new carpet looking new.
