WELCOME TO RESURRECTION LUTHERAN CHURCH!  SUNDAY WORSHIP WITH HOLY COMMUNION AT 10:00AM!
Our Sunday mornings start with Faith Forum at 9:00AM in Fellowship Hall for the summer.  Adults & kids are welcome! Coffee fellowship & refreshments follow our 10:00 Sunday Morning service.  Watch the bulletin for information, meetings and events.  Reach Pastor Andrew’s cell for pastoral emergency (316)351-8766. LUTHERAN 101 - Sunday evenings from 6-7pm except the first Sunday of the month.
Everyone is welcome to attend and learn about the catechism.  This is a foundation class on The Catechism and Lutheran theology so all confirmation students are expected to participate if they want to be confirmed at RLC by Pastor Andrew.  Every Sunday except the first Sunday of the month.  June 14- Aug 16.

WEEKLY PRAYERS offered for a variety of professions.
This week we focus on Juneteenth.  June 19th marks the day in 1865 when enslaved African Americans finally received word of their freedom.

BULLETINS & ANNOUNCEMENTS – Sunday readings are printed in your announcement-take home booklet. See your monthly serving list assignments on the bulletin board or Friday emails.

NO EVENING ACTIVITIES FOR JUNE 24th - Next one for the Chosen Potluck & service is WED JULY 1st.

We need volunteers for the parade on July 4th!  Come join us.  We have a fun float this year. We start lining up at 7AM and we start moving at 8AM.  Route is Haysville Middle School to Haysville United Methodist Church.

SUNDAY JULY 5th FAMILY FUN NIGHT 5pm-7pm REMINDER  Sign up on the Fellowship Hall Shelf for potluck "Americana  Theme with hotdogs and more!

LUNCH WITH PASTOR is at noon on the first Tuesday of the month. Next one is July 7th.  Stay tuned to announcements & your Friday email for the place.

DERBY BIBLE STUDY DAY HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 1st & 3rd TUESDAYS!
Next Bible Study in Derby will be July 7th at 6:30-8pm, join us at the Derby Library for Bible Study with Pastor Andrew.  No longer meeting on Thursdays.

HOMEBOUND COMMUNION VISITS-Pastor Andrew visits our members who are at home or in the hospital so he can administer communion administer communion.  Jeanette Westerhaus has volunteered to assist. The office has a list of names but if we missed someone, please double check with Pastor or Jeanette.

THANK YOU FOR SERVING – Make sure to check your Friday emails or the bulletin board for your serving date.  They will no longer be posted in the paper bulletins unless we have room. A link is always available at the top of this email for full year list of serving duties.  We still have empty spots to fill in the summer.  The list to write in your name is on the shelf.  Just write in red so we know it is an new addition. If you need a substitute, you are responsible for finding someone and letting Loretta Holmes and the office know.  Please remember to wipe off kitchen counter after hosting fellowship. We appreciate you and thank you!

NO FOOD OR DRINKS IN SANCTUARY  Please do not bring food or drinks into the sanctuary - let's keep our new carpet looking new.
